Sal is knowledgeable and was easy to talk to and ask questions during the inspection, which lasted 2-1/2+ hours. When Sal was done, he discussed a few of the issues he found and would follow-up with the actual report. The completed report was sent within 24-hrs of the inspection. The report was 193 pages and included detailed description of the issues, pictures and thermal imaging of the various rooms.
